Organizations  encounter many challenges in the field of strategic planning, streamlining, and the need to constantly innovate and reinvent themselves. The accompaniment process involves a re-formulation of the organization's vision and mission, locating and defining the challenges it faces, and leading the leadership and team to implement solutions to these issues. Often they just need to stop, look around and identify opportunities for change, improvement and significant breakthrough options going forward. These opportunities often hide behind what appears to be a difficulty or a challenge.

 

In a series of meetings with various levels of the organization, issues that are at the heart of the organization are surfaced - strengths, challenges, opportunities and threats. The coach directs the team to creative thinking in order to refresh and promote the effectiveness of the organization. Throughout the process, emphasis is placed on improving communication between the various levels of the organization, while promoting intra-organizational collaboration and creating a corporate identity that provides power and inspiration.

Through the many years of experience I have gained in the many management and leadership roles, along with my sensitivity to the person, his distress, his or her fears and anxieties but mostly her or his hopes, dreams and aspirations, and the coaching and listening skills I have acquired along the years we reach the desired goals of my clients, often beyond their expectations.
